Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites qualified local, regional and international bidders to show their expression of interest for the provision of Climate Finance Program consultancy services under AFD (Agence Francaise de Developement)

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 03rd April 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on . Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Chief of Staff CEO'S Office of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 11th April 2025 at 6:00PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents: a company profile with detailed information about the company and its services, proof of experience in recent and similar services, a letter expressing interest to tender for the above mentioned services, proof of expertise in the areas indicated in the Terms of Reference (TORs), quality and assurance procedures and relevant ESG certifications of the applicant, Self-Declaration on whether the company was not fined and/or sanctioned in the last 5 years, Taxes clearance certificate, audited financial statements of the last 3 years and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference (TORs).
