Your Role & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Facilitate smooth onboarding & exit procedures for employees.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.

Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate records.

Plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

Skills & Experience: Prior HR experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome!

Key Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software & MS Office.

Legal Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws & HR best practices.
