Main Objective:

Responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget. Manage projects which include many interfaces and interdependencies and a high level of international, regional, or cross-organizational coordination, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, service transfers, functional and IT-related projects.

Main Tasks:

Full accountability for projects or sub-project streams, including project planning, controlling, risk management, stakeholder management in classical and agile project environments.

Functional steering of project teams, ensuring communication to and from all involved project parties.

Stakeholder-oriented presentation of project content and progress updates as well as coordination of decision councils, e.g., steering committees.

Responsible for organizing and executing training, testings and data migrations including their seamless results.

Risk-based project steering.

Ensure lesson learnt and knowledge management captured for each project.

Responsible for preparing Project Charging efforts and collaborating with impacted stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics Science, or similar qualification. Project Management certificate or Postgraduate or master's degree will be highly valued.

• Working Experience:

5-8 years of professional experience in handling wide range of projects.

5-8 years of proven experience in project accountability in multinational companies.

3-5 years of proven experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Language skills: Excellent English and Spanish skills (required), Portuguese is a plus.

• Technical skills:

Proficiency project management skills.

Knowledge of SAP.

Advanced knowledge MS Office (Projects, Excel, PPT, Word, etc.).

Advanced knowledge of Azzure DevOps.

Certifications in Scrum, Agile or equivalent in job experience.

• Soft skills:

Must be able to work independently, must be committed with high sense of responsibility.

Effective human relations and communications skills are important to develop, establish cooperation and rapport with users at all working levels and of different nationalities.

High developed ability to foster sustainability

Good innovative orientation

Agile mindset, openness, and helpfulness.

Good Conflict management skills
