Salary: 16,000 - 20,000
Responsibilities:
Engage with customer via chat to provide information.
Effectively identify sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs.
Maintain strong knowledge of products and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
-HS / SHS Grad with at least 1 year BPO experience.
