JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Assist with HR functions in the company and provide guidance and advice to the management of the best HR practices.

Upkeep of the company’s job description, orientation programs, training programs, employment contracts, etc, and keep employees updated on the necessary information.

Assist manager with the recruitment process.

Develop adequate induction and training programs for the employee.

Nurture a positive working and progressive result-oriented working environment.

Liaise with a government agency and statutory bodies in the foreign worker recruitment process and manage foreign worker’s welfare.

Dealing and responsible with employee’s disciplinary issues, industrial relation, and domestic inquiry and periodic appraisal.

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Uphold of information which is confidential.

Manage the company’s team-building event and activities.

Ensure payroll is done accurately and timely.

To perform duties in complying with Company’s Policy and Procedure, and Rule and Regulations governed by the law of Malaysia.

To perform other tasks and works as and when required.
