Lobby Ambassador

The Lobby Ambassador at Monaco Hotel serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and personalized welcome while ensuring an exceptional arrival and departure experience. This role is dedicated to providing outstanding guest service by offering assistance, guidance, and information to enhance the overall stay. Key responsibilities include greeting guests with professionalism and courtesy, offering assistance with directions, reservations, and hotel amenities, and proactively anticipating guest needs to provide tailored recommendations. The Lobby Ambassador also collaborates with the Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the lobby’s ambiance, upholding the highest standards of service, and assisting in VIP guest arrivals and special events.
