Now Hiring: Grader Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Ephrata, PA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM to 4:30 PM

$16/ hour

Join a leading food production team as a Grader Operator in Ephrata, PA! We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to set up and operate grading and processing equipment, ensuring efficient production and high-quality standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up packing lanes with correct cartons and flats; make adjustments as needed

Input and maintain accurate lot and product information

Ensure all cartons have correct dates and flock codes

Follow and complete daily production schedule

Communicate changeovers and product counts to the team promptly

Monitor line speed, scale settings, and machine performance

Work closely with maintenance to resolve machine issues quickly

Maintain proper lane balance to maximize Grade A yield and case output

Keep work area clean and organized

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Effective verbal communication skills

Basic math and computer knowledge

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (bend, squat, lift 30–40 lbs, push/pull)

Previous production or food processing experience a plus, but not required
