Job Description

Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $150k - Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate closely with the Estimating team and clients, providing oversight from pre-construction through project completion.

Utilize your expertise in conceptual estimating and design-build processes to drive the success of the project.

Ensure smooth project execution, making critical decisions and adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.

Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication. The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Commercial Construction - $150k - Will have

10+ years of experience in construction management, with a preference for ground-up construction.

5+ years in a leadership or senior project management role.

Proficiency with Procore and MS Suite.

Strong experience in commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, or industrial construction projects.
