Overview
SCCI is seeking an experienced Lab/Electronic Classroom Scheduler to join our team! The ideal candidate will have significant experience in resource schedule management, including the ability to establish, maintain, schedule, and report resource utilization associated with the CSCS courses of instruction and maintenance schedule. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective use of classroom and laboratory resources. This position is in support of future work expected in 2026. This position may require occasional travel and is located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:
Establishing, maintaining, scheduling, and reporting resource utilization for CSCS courses of instruction and maintenance schedules
Evaluating resource management to include long-range planning, conflict resolution, and short-range schedule modifications of classrooms, laboratories, instructors, and course topics
Working independently to ensure the efficient use of resources and resolve scheduling conflicts
Working independently to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data and documentation
Communicating effectively both orally and through formal reports written in specified government formats
Collaborating with instructors and course managers to ensure optimal resource allocation
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of scheduling activities
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security
High School diploma
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in resource schedule management, including the ability to establish, maintain, schedule, and report resource utilization for CSCS courses of instruction and maintenance schedules
Experience in the evaluation of resource management, including long-range planning, conflict resolution, and short-range schedule modifications of classrooms, laboratories, instructors, and course topics
Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of resource management principles and practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
