Cable Assembly Technician

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a Cable Assembly Technician in Troy, MI. In this position for Cardinal Staffing you will work in an extremely detail oriented electrical environment. This position will require candidates to have previous experience in cable assembly or related field.

Employees are offered compensation start at $18/hr based on experience. Occasional overtime Generous referral bonuses available!

Available shifts include 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday. Occasional overtime (some weekends).

Job Responsibilities:

To build cable assemblies as per the instructions provided.

Use hand tools and machines to cut and measure cables, marking and labeling, install hardware, crimp terminals, stripping wires to

commercial requirements.

To follow all safety rules and regulations while performing the tasks on manufacturing area as per requirements

Work overtime when required as per the manufacturing schedule.

Qualifications:

0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferred in cable industry.

Preferred High School diploma but minimum be able to read, understand and write English.

Experience with crimping, reading blue prints, stripping wires

Knowledge of IPC book

Great attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
