Shift and Compensation

1st shift

6:00am-6:00pm

Monday - Friday (Possible OT on Saturday)

$16.00/hr

Job Duties

Test production samples of Paint, Thermoplastic, Preformed Thermoplastic and/or Glass Beads; Reporting any problems to Chemist, Senior Technician, and Product Technology Manager ASAP

Complete QC Sheets, create certificates of analysis, and update QC Logs within 24 hours of production

Assist with pretest sampling and paperwork for batch approval

Assist Sr. Technicians, Chemists, and Production as required with project and R&D work

Maintain Lab equipment, including calibration checks, and work in a safe and organized manner

Conduct all work duties according to ISO QMS and contribute to ISO Continual Improvement

General lab work preferred- employment or school-work

Must have experience with Microsoft Office, email and general computer skills

Must be detailed in recording and reporting data

Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken format

Must be able to report and test in a timely fashion

Background Profile

High School diploma or GED-some college lab experience preferred
