Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bicycle Technician with 1+ years of experience to join our mobile bike shop team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bicycle repair, maintenance, and assembly. As a Mobile Bicycle Technician, you will provide high-quality bike services directly to our customers at their location, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and custom builds on various types of bicycles.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.

Communicate clearly with customers about bike services and provide recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized mobile service vehicle and work area.

Provide exceptional customer service in a mobile environment.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as a Bicycle Technician.

Strong knowledge of bicycle components, tools, and repair techniques.

Ability to work independently in a mobile setting.

Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
