Who We Are Looking For:

We need a results-driven Estimator & Business Developer to assess mold and water damage, generate estimates, and build strong business relationships. Youll work alongside a skilled production team of 25-year-old professionals who know how to get the job done. If you have experience in construction, estimating, sales, or remediation this could be your perfect fit!

What Youll Be Doing:

Conduct on-site inspections of water and mold damage.

Use and / or learn to use estimating software (like Xactimate, Encircle, or Serviceminder) to create job scopes and proposals.

Develop relationships with property managers, insurance adjusters, real estate agents, and contractors.

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry events.

Ensure seamless coordination between estimates and project execution.Where Youll Work:

Based in West Deptford, NJ, serving Gloucester & Camden counties and the surrounding areas.

On-site at residential and commercial properties.

Attending networking events, meeting with clients, and driving business development efforts.When:

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening or weekend estimates.

Business development events may require flexible hours.How Youll Succeed:

Master IICRC S520 and S500 standards to provide accurate estimates.

Build strong relationships to drive business growth.

Maintain a our company standard closing percentages within 6-9 months.
