Job summary:
Our client, an eye care optic company, is hiring an Inventory Clerk to pick optical products (frames, lenses, sunglasses), pack customer orders for shipping, and refill and replace stock.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage product replenishment for orders.
Verify received stock with vendor bills and update system/physical stock.
Control inventory in the system and ensure products are well-organized in the warehouse.
Organize and label stock according to company SOP.
Respond to inquiries from the sales team.
Box items for orders with correct documentation and address labels before delivery.
Submit daily stock reports to the supervisor.
Report discrepancies (loss, damage) to the CS supervisor.
Perform other tasks as required by the CS supervisor.
Main Requirements:
Associate or bachelors degree in a related subject.
At least 2 years experience in inventory management.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
High accuracy in work and deadline-oriented.
Competent in MS Word, Excel, and stock management systems.
Ability to manage and organize stock effectively.
Ability to identify irregularities in items quickly.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
