Key Responsibilities:
Property Performance
Monitor occupancy, retention, and financial targets
Conduct regular property inspections for quality and compliance
Oversee site-level operations and ensure budget adherence
Financial Management
Prepare and manage property budgets with leadership
Review financial reports and identify areas for improvement
Oversee invoicing, vendor contracts, and rent collection
Team Leadership
Hire, train, and develop on-site teams
Provide guidance on leasing, marketing, and compliance
Promote a collaborative, high-performing culture
Marketing & Leasing
Analyze competitor activity and market trends
Support leasing strategies to boost occupancy
Lead marketing and resident retention initiatives
Maintenance & Compliance
Ensure all properties meet safety and regulatory standards
Review maintenance records and coordinate inspections
Keep permits and documentation up to date
Resident Relations
Lead initiatives to improve resident experience
Address escalated concerns and manage lease violations

The Person
7+ years in property management, with multi-site oversight
Experience managing teams across B or C class properties
Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills
Confident with ResMan or similar platforms
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local property regulations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable transport and ability to travel between sites
Able to work some weekends as needed
