Description:

Admin Duties: • Oversee daily office operations.

• Manage and organize documents.

• Handle internal and external communication.

• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Monitor and order office supplies and equipment.

• Provide administrative support to teams.

Accounting Duties: • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

• Process and track invoices.

• Prepare financial reports.

• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost management.

• Assist in tax preparation.

• Handle payroll processing.

• Reconcile company bank statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in both administrative and accounting roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software and office tools.

• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills.

• Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Office Timing : 07:30 am to 04:30 pm Competitive salary plus transport provided with other benefits.
