Position: Senior Structural Engineer

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Terms: Full-Time

We are searching for a Senior Structural Engineer to spearhead this growth and display your expertise with both clients and a great team of professionals collaborating on a range of specialised projects.

Responsibilities:

Attend client, architect, and contractor meetings

Supervise and mentor junior staff - Perform QA/QC on work by others

Oversee design calculations and preparation of structural and construction documents

Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards

Mentor and oversee engineering team’s learning and professional growth

Produce high-quality engineering drawings and reports

Represent the firm and team professionally

Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, and consultants

Qualifications:

PE license

Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)

10+ Years of structural building design experience

Project management experience

Business development experience

NCEES record (preferred)

Working knowledge of Revit

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
