Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,000,000 per year

Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM (8 working hours)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design and Development Engineer to work on designing and developing new products for industries such as automotive, precision machinery, and consumer electronics, using 3D CAD and analysis tools.

As part of the R&D team, you will be responsible for designing mechanical systems and analyzing product performance to ensure reliability and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Design and development of new products using 3D CAD tools

Perform product analysis using various analysis tools

Work with automotive, precision machinery, home appliance manufacturers, and other industries

Develop innovative solutions for mechanical design and product functionality

Salary & Benefits:

Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,000,000 (commensurate with experience)

Monthly Salary Example for New Employees (Training Period):

¥186,000 (undergraduate degree)

¥277,000 (graduate degree - Doctorate)

¥252,000 (graduate degree - Master's)

¥239,000 (4-year university degree)

Training Period Salary Example:

R&D in solid-state battery domain: ¥415,875 (including 20 hours of overtime)

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate from a science or engineering faculty

Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher

Preferred:

Proficiency in English is a plus

Working Hours:

8:45 AM - 5:45 PM (8 hours of work)
