Location: Yokohama City, Kohoku-ku or Osaka City, Kita-ku

Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,000,000 per year

Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM (8 working hours)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled electrical and electronic design engineer to work on circuit board design and reliability evaluation for devices and systems that are at the core of electronic and electrical equipment.

As an R&D engineer in electrical/electronic design, you will be involved in research and development tasks for industries including automotive (especially EV, PHEV, FCV), semiconductor manufacturing equipment, robotics, medical devices, fuel cells, IoT devices, and more.

Responsibilities:

Design of circuit boards for electrical and electronic equipment

Reliability evaluation and testing

Research and development for various industries including automotive (EV, PHEV, FCV), semiconductors, robotics, medical devices, IoT, and fuel cells

Salary & Benefits:

Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000 - ¥6,000,000 (commensurate with experience)

Monthly Salary Example for New Employees (Training Period):

¥186,000 (undergraduate degree)

¥277,000 (graduate degree - Doctorate)

¥252,000 (graduate degree - Master's)

¥239,000 (4-year university degree)

Training Period Salary Example:

R&D in solid-state battery domain: ¥415,875 (including 20 hours of overtime)

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate from a science or engineering faculty

Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher

Preferred:

Experience in R&D in the field of electronics or electrical engineering

Working Hours:

8:45 AM - 5:45 PM (8 hours of work)

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off

Annual holidays: 126 days
