Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description:

This role involves selling U.S. real estate (including pre-owned houses and apartments) to wealthy domestic clients (e.g., business owners, professionals). You will be responsible for sourcing properties, refurbishing them, securing tenants, and selling them. This is part of our Wealth Management department, where you will work to bring high-value investment opportunities to clients. Since 2017, this division has differentiated itself from other companies by offering secured loans based on U.S. real estate, which is challenging for Japanese financial institutions.

Our company provides a one-stop service, managing the entire process from sourcing properties in the U.S. to selling and managing them after purchase. We take pride in being the No. 1 company in Japan for U.S. real estate sales, with over 5,000 properties under management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Engage in lead generation and outreach to financial institutions and tax offices to introduce high-net-worth individuals.

Client Interaction: Offer asset management advice, income simulations, and tax benefits based on each client's financial situation.

Contract Procedures: Handle contracts with clients once deals are finalized.

After-sales Support: Provide monthly financial reports to clients and offer advice regarding property sales or additional purchases.

Required Qualifications:

MUST:

Japanese language proficiency (N1)

Business-level English proficiency

Valid driver’s license (AT car limit is acceptable)

Preferred:

Real estate sales license (宅地建物取引士)

Experience in financial services or securities

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ¥5,280,000 - ¥9,000,000 per year

Base Salary: ¥239,800 - ¥368,500 (estimated monthly salary: ¥330,000 - ¥500,000)

Bonuses: 4 times per year
