Salary: Up to $34.00 Per Hour

Valid MD Professional License: CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LCADC, ADT (REQUIRED!)

Key Qualifications & Role Based Responsibilities:

Conducts Initial SUD Assessments and ASAM for treatment eligibility determination.

Completes concurrent ASAMs for ongoing treatment eligibility.

Develops and regularly updates clients treatment plan and service goals.

Provide individual and group counseling services, coordinate referrals and additional service linkage throughout treatment.

Maintain accurate and updated client records.

Involve families, significant others, and additional providers in the client's recovery process whenever possible.

Respond, as needed, to client grievances and treatment concerns.

Abide by all policies, procedures, and practices.

Successfully complete all training within the required timeframes.

Provide crisis intervention as indicated. Effectively and appropriately use interpersonal skills to communicate with the team, all employees, and clients.

Report and programmatic needs to supervisor.

Advocate for clients.

Complete all assigned paperwork in a timely, comprehensive, and appropriate manner.

Report any suspected client negligence, abuse, or sexual assault to your supervisor immediately.

Facilitate clients meeting their goals.

Actively participate in all clinical and team meetings.

Effectively use telehealth technology as indicated.

Other related duties as determined by the supervisor.

8 hour shifts

Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Full Time)

Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Part Time)

Compensation:

ADT ($32.00)

CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LCADC ($34.00)

$1500 Sign On Bonus (with a 1-year contract)

Potential Hybrid Schedule (after 90 day successful performance review)

Education:

High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

Addiction counseling: 1 year (Required)
