Position: Recruitment Sales Representative

Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥400,000 per month

Salary based on experience and abilities (no overtime pay)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Description:

VISHU Co., Ltd. operates a recruitment business primarily focused on supporting foreign talent seeking employment in Japan. Due to our small team, we require strong teamwork and collective growth. Currently, while the number of job seekers is rapidly increasing, there is a shortage of job opportunities from companies. Therefore, it is urgent for us to build relationships with new companies and expand the number of job offers. Your role will be key in developing new relationships and helping to expand our market, which will directly contribute to providing stable job opportunities.

As we focus on building solid foundations and offering trustworthy support, we prioritize gradual growth rather than rapid expansion. Working in a small team means your contributions will directly impact the future of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Research industries with talent shortages and identify companies interested in utilizing foreign talent.

Approach companies via phone and in-person visits, presenting our services.

Conduct interviews with job seekers, introduce candidates to companies, and manage the matching process.

Develop and execute unique sales strategies.

Prepare job listings and advertisements.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ¥250,000 - ¥400,000 per month

Education: No specific educational background required.

Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency.

Resilience and strong mental fortitude, especially for phone sales (up to 4 hours per day) and overcoming rejections

Previous sales experience (any industry) is a plus
