Job Vacancy: Mobile Shop Sales Associate (Manager Candidate)
Location: Various locations in the Tokyo area
Salary: ¥280,000 - ¥330,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:45 AM - 6:45 PM (1-hour break)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Associate (Manager Candidate) for a mobile phone store, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers who visit the store. As a potential future manager, you will play a key role in not only assisting customers but also helping develop and manage the store’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information on smartphones and handle customer inquiries.
Manage the store's display areas and arrange mobile accessories.
Oversee store sales performance and inventory management.
Plan and organize various events for the store.
If you have experience in management, you will contribute to training and developing store staff.
We are particularly looking for individuals who aspire to advance in their careers and are eager to take on leadership roles in the future.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Japanese language proficiency at N1 level or equivalent
Prior experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in a mobile shop or similar environment.
