Job Description

Oversee the management of accounts in the assigned area and support the achievement of the annual corporate profit goal. Strive to meet and exceed the area's annual revenue and profit objectives, ensure account retention, and establish long-term relationships with customers. Additionally, recruit, manage, and maintain a safe work environment.

Provide a professional first impression to all customers and ensure compliance with contract specifications. Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints, while maintaining P&L responsibility. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities, and build, manage, and lead a high-performance team. Also, track, order, and manage payroll, recruitment, and inspections effectively.
