Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and delivery of our platform, from ideation to launch, and ensuring it meets our customers' needs and aligns with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and account management to drive product success. This position currently reports to the CTO.

Position is located in the Columbus/Central Ohio area.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, refine, and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.

Develop a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.

Manage product backlog that prioritizes features, enhancements, and fixes based on business impact, customer feedback, and market research.

Collaborate across teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks. Ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the development process.

Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts. Use this information to drive product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through launch. Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement.

Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to develop messaging, training, and promotional materials for new feature launches.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Experience in media or advertising technology is a strong advantage.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Agile development processes.

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.

SQL experience is a plus.

Continuous discovery experience is a plus.
