Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Revenue Conversion:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting advertising
opportunities available on our digital screens.
• Identify and qualify leads, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate advertising packages and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
2. Inbound Call Management:
• Respond to inbound inquiries, providing information about advertisement
slots, pricing, and campaign customization.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable advertising options for their needs.
3. Relationship Building:
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat
business.
• Offer tailored solutions that align with client goals, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
4. Advertisement Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely placement of advertisements
and seamless execution of campaigns.
• Monitor and confirm that advertisements are displayed correctly and
according to client specifications.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, bookings, and client feedback in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Requirements
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation roles.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
