Job Overview

• Job Title: Office Administrator and Clerk

• Education Level: High School / Matric

• Job Level: Intermediate

• Minimum Experience: 1 Year

Office Administrator and Clerk required

We are looking for an outgoing, proactive and disciplined individual to join our Managed IT services administrative team

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who’s driven, meticulous, has great people skills and strong organizational skills.

Hardworking and works well under pressure while taking initiative to uphold admin processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This position requires the following skills:

• Great organizational skills

• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) communication skills (read and write)

• Excellent communication skills, communicating clearly and effectively.

• Great people skills, outgoing friendly personality

• Good spelling

• Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail

• High level of administration discipline

• Advance Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong problem-solving skills, quickly identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts

• Excellent time management skills

• Be able to work under instruction from management

Responsibilities:

• Maintained filling system of invoices, expenses and other company documents

• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

• Analytical reports and presentation preparation

• Handle requests and queries promptly and professionally

• Liaising with 3rd party providers, placing new service orders, and following up on problems reported

• Client contract management (assist with new and sign-offs)

• Document creation

• Sending emails/memos and notices

• Debtor management, statements and reconciliations

• Assist with expense administration

• Assist with monthly billing and debit order batch creation

• General PA duties

Minimum qualification requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting

• An appropriate tertiary qualification will be advantageous

• 1 year administrative/office clerk experience
