Description:
Leads by example for all Associates by providing excellent customer service and hospitality at all times.
Leads and oversees the growth of all Associates through training and in the moment development.
Remains up to date and ensures that Associates are up to date on all programs, processes, guidelines, and policies and communicates any changes to the team.
Understands their role in positively promoting and adhering to all guidelines, policies, and Wesco Location expectations including Speed of Service initiative. Has working knowledge of all tools and programs needed to complete job duties.
Leads by example in all areas and uses Wesco's Unifying Principles, Mission Statement, Strategy Map, and Q-PPAS to guide their actions. Hours:
Minimum of 25 average hours per week Prerequisites:
Level 1 Sales Associate
Level 1 in other departments if applicable
Level 2 Sales Associate Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or GED
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to work in extreme cold and heat
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Have reliable transportation
Be able to work nights, holidays, and weekends when needed
