Responsibilities

Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management

Effectively schedule automotive service visits

Greet and write up customers in a timely manner.

Listen to and thoroughly understand customer problems/vehicle issues

Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs and advise customers

Manage expectations on the part of the customer and the technicians in terms of service diagnosis, repair and delivery.

Maintain high customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines,

Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed

Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees

Qualifications

Preferred experience is at least 1 year in the field

A valid driver's license with a good driving record

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be reliable

Team Oriented and positive attitude

Ability to Multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and attitude required.
