Industrial Machinery Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Machinery Engineer to join our team and work on the design and production of automated machinery for cleaning and repairing rental materials, such as construction scaffolding and care beds. You will be involved in creating these machines from scratch due to the unique size, shape, and weight of the materials we handle, for which existing solutions in the market are unavailable.

Salary & Benefits

Annual Salary: ¥3,500,000 – ¥5,000,000

️ Bonus: Twice per year

Salary Increase: Annually

️ Trial Period: 3 months (same conditions apply after probation)

Qualifications:

Required:

Interest in manufacturing or invention

Japanese proficiency (N2 level or higher)

Preferred:

Experience in mechanical or electrical design

Background in industrial machinery

Experience from industrial, mechanical, or technical programs in college or vocational school

Working Hours:

️ Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hours of work)

️ Days: Monday – Friday
