Job Title: Full-time Developer Programmer

Salary: $82,000 plus superannuation

Duties and Skills:

• Design and develop front-end solutions using React, OutSystems, and other modern frameworks

• Implement UI/UX designs from tools such as Figma, ensuring compatibility with dark/light modes and accessibility standards

• Build web applications that are responsive across all devices with optimized CSS for performance

• Develop program enhancements and new features for existing systems including CRM platforms through effective system integration

• Develop web applications in line with WCAG and web accessibility guidelines to support users with disabilities.

• Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation

• Liaise between clients to bridge expectation gaps and ensure delivery of value-driven solutions.

• Provide post-deployment support and application maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents with a focus on root cause analysis.

• Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and stability.

• Integrate third-party APIs, including social media and CRM systems.

• Optimize database queries and refine backend architecture for performance under high load.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• More than 2 years of experience in the related field

• Skilled in CSS, Javascript, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall is mandatory

• Experience in SQL Server, APIS and QL is an advantage

• Will have to travel different location of client temporarily or permanently as per the client requirement for e.g. Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
