Job Description

We are seeking CAD Operators and Mechanical Design Engineers to join development projects with major manufacturers in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and consumer electronics.

You will be involved in design development, CAD operation, and analysis based on your skills and experience, contributing to innovative and cutting-edge projects.

Example of Assigned Work

Design of enclosures for communication devices and home-use HD recorders

Semiconductor measuring equipment and cleaning device design

Exterior plastic component design (quarter panels, fenders, etc.)

Interior plastic component design & analysis (seats, dashboards, sun visors, etc.)

Automobile body structure design & analysis

Brake & suspension system design

Component mounting design (engine, piping, HVAC parts, cooling hoses, clearance sonar, etc.)

Gear reducer design, machine tool design, and commercial kitchen equipment design

Job Details

Position: CAD Operator / Mechanical Design Engineer

Annual Salary: ¥4,000,000–¥6,000,000

Monthly Salary: ¥230,000–¥350,000

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour workday)

Break: As per client’s conditions

Location: Tokyo (23 wards), Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, and other locations

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or higher

Mechanical engineering knowledge

Business-level Japanese proficiency

Experience in mechanical design
