Sales Representative

Airite is an Ontario, California-based mechanical services contractor that has been proudly serving all of Southern California since 1961. We specialize in sales and service of high-end commercial HVAC systems, and we partner with businesses in many sectors, including medical, industrial, transportation, office, and education.

We’re looking to expand our sales department by adding new Maintenance Sales

Representatives. We are offering a comprehensive pay and benefit package that includes:

Our ideal candidate has the following:

An upbeat personality and positive attitude

A genuine interest in meeting the needs of prospective customers

Motivation to succeed with our company

At least 2 years of successful sales experience in any industry

Experience cold-calling business customers through various channels

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to use CRM database to track prospective customers and sales

As Maintenance Sales Representative, you will call on prospective businesses within a designated territory with the goal of selling equipment maintenance agreements. You will begin by approaching smaller companies, and, once successful, gradually progress to companies with larger, more complicated systems. You do not need to know anything about HVAC systems yet—we will teach you the basics, and you will learn over time about the different types of equipment. You just need to come with a desire to learn and to help customers find a solution that works for them!
