Responsibilities
Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority
Profile
Good Finnish and English language skills (Level B2 or higher)
Swedish language knowledge will be considered as advantage
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
Eligible to work in Lithuania (the role is based in Lithuania)

Offered Salary
We offer salary from 2232 Eur to 3349 Eur/month gross (before taxes, language premium included). Final offer depends on candidate's competences.
