The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Knife Hand Operative to join our production team and help deliver the high standards our customers expect. This is more than just a role on the line – it’s an opportunity to take pride in your craftsmanship, work with precision, and be part of a values-driven team that’s committed to doing things the right way.

You’ll be responsible for expertly trimming, boning, portioning, and grading fillets – ensuring each product meets our quality promise. If you’ve got a keen eye, steady hand, and a passion for doing your best work every day, we’d love to hear from you.

06:00am-18:00pm 4 days on, 4 days off

Perform precision cutting, trimming, and portioning of fillets to meet exacting product specifications

Maintain high safety standards in the use, cleaning, and storage of your assigned knife
