The role
Bring your negotiation skills to the table. Champion the final execution of our Media Plans - work across different disciplines including client, strategy, media and SBUs to deliver high-quality solutions for the client. Partnerships is a unique craft here at Mediabrands - it offers the perfect blend of investment, planning and client servicing. If you find yourself in one craft looking to upskill in another, this is the role for you.
Manage a team of skilled Partnerships Traders and Executives, identify partnership opportunities and foster strong relationships with agency partners.
What will your day look like?
Guiding your clients on marketplace trend and translating insights into action with the support of your team
Proactively learn clients, briefs and the market to add value to the business
Accurate execution of client fees/charges and contribute to new business activities of the agency
Work in collaboration with the Creative Connections teams to facilitate ideation sessions
Drive day-to-day negotiations across paid and non-paid channels
Produce creative and effective media plans

Who you are
You have an established knowledge of owned, earned, shared and paid connections solutions
You are experienced in optimisation tools, analysing data and performance
High levels of communication skills and a drive for strong and reliable media relationships
Excellent negotiator with an understanding of how to evaluate and identify value for clients and the business
Provide accurate Connections Plans and Recommendations for the client
Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills.
