Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and self-driven Independent Brokers to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong network, with the ability to develop relationships, prospect new clients, and introduce Syas Financial Services' offerings to a wide range of potential customers.
As an Independent Broker, you will be responsible for finding and securing new clients for Syas Financial Services Ltd., including individuals, businesses, and organizations that could benefit from our financial services. This is a commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your ability to generate new business and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and secure new clients across various sectors (individuals, SMEs, corporations, etc.) for Syas Financial Services Ltd.
Lead Generation: Utilize a combination of networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach to develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Offer ongoing support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial services/products.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and market conditions to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activities and progress toward sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or financial services (previous experience as a broker is a plus, but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build trust.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your own time effectively.
- A strong professional network and existing client base is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic financial service. support will be provided.
Compensation:
