Customer Solution Engineer

What are the main responsibilities of this position?

Understanding and adapting customer needs (requirements) in accordance with technical regulations

Preparation of the production of elevator equipment, inspection of technical details, tracking of costs

Consultation with architects and contractors on technical issues, consultation with the factory /unit if necessary

Preparing of permit and final plans, coordination with co-designers and builders

Requirements:

BSC Degree in construction area, eg. Mechanical engineer, Electrical engineer

Reading and preparing of technical drawings, AutoCAD experience

Good understanding of construction area (authority processes, builder/investor needs, regulations)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good communication skills in English language

Hands-on mindset

Great organizational skills and an eye for detail

Drive to win and positive can-do attitude

Experience of working in international and multicultural environment will be an asset
