Steward/ Waiter

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Steward/Waiter to join our team at Speciality Restaurants Ltd. As a Steward/Waiter, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and drink orders, providing recommendations when necessary.

Ensure all guests’ needs are met during their dining experience.

Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods.
