Responsibilities:

- Lead and Innovate: Shape and drive the cyber resilience strategy by steering a dedicated team of security professionals. Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and learning, ensuring advanced practices are at the forefront of the operations.

- The Defensive Architect: Architect a robust framework that integrates vulnerability tracking, agile risk assessment, and proactive remediation. You will champion the design of systems that not only detect and analyze risks but also transform insights into decisive action.

- Strategic Collaboration: Build and maintain strong alliances with both internal stakeholders and external experts. Manage relationships with third-party security providers to ensure our defense mechanisms are always state-of-the-art.

- Crisis Conductor: When high-impact threats arise, you will be the guiding force, coordinating rapid cross-functional responses and orchestrating recovery actions. Your leadership in these moments will be vital to safeguarding the technology assets.

- Communicator and Mentor: Translate complex security scenarios into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership. Coach and mentor your team, ensuring that every member is equipped to contribute effectively to the cyber resilience efforts.

- Innovation Catalyst: Constantly evaluate and enhance the defense strategies. Identify gaps in our current approach and implement forward-thinking solutions that align with the latest trends in cybersecurity.

What You Bring

- Educational Foundation: A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.

- Proven Cybersecurity Expertise: Over 12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to leading teams focused on vulnerability management, risk mitigation, or resilient cybersecurity practices.

- Technical Prowess: Deep familiarity with modern tools and methodologies such as threat intelligence platforms, continuous vulnerability assessments, secure coding practices, and rapid incident response.

- Strategic Mindset: An analytical thinker who can see the big picture while mastering details, with the ability to create actionable plans in high-pressure situations.

- Leadership Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring teams and a history of successfully managing cross-disciplinary collaborations.

- Industry Credentials: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) that underscore your commitment to maintaining a high standard in cyber defense.
