HealthySkin Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology is looking to hire a compassionate healthcare front desk team member, "Director of First Impressions," to join our growing practice! Our front desk team members set the tone of the relationship our patients will have with us as providers of dermatological care. As a "Director of First Impressions", our front desk team represents our physicians and staff to all persons they assist over the phone, online, and in person. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a dynamic, compassionate, and growing practice!

Duties include:

Appointment scheduling & cancellations

Answering phone calls, directing patient calls

Patient check-in/check-out

Accurate data entry

End of day payment balancing
