Responsibilities:
Responsible for high-level administrative duties that assist in the operational function of the Warehouse Customer Service Department
This role serves as a support role for our CS staff and as a supplemental contact for FST staff and customers regarding general inquiries, concerns, or questions when CSRs may be unavailable
The primary functions of a CS Administrator are focused on printing and managing all order labels.
Secondary functions can include accurate data entry, scanning and indexing inbound and outbound paperwork, and performing various miscellaneous administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning, and copying.
Communicate and escalate information as necessary and collaborate with cross-functional FST teams across the warehouse and transportation divisions
You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business processes and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST
Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of logistics industry experience preferred
Proven accuracy in reporting and data entry
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with interruption

Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
Strong collaboration to work as OneFST
Critical and broad thinking for the good of the organization
