BIM Modeler – Direct Hire career opportunity!

Pay Range: ~ +/- $35/hr--$40/hr [~ +/- $70--$83k/yr] Location: Taylor, TX (76574) About the Role: Seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team in Taylor, TX.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing 3D models to support various project needs, including construction sequence planning, shop drawings, spooling, and more.

You’ll work closely with our VDC team and project management to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D models for project delivery and standards.

Collaborate on construction sequence planning, proposals, and shop drawings.

Assist in developing and communicating 4D sequencing and 5D estimating.

Facilitate model coordination with field fabricators and other stakeholders.

Perform quality control and assist in QA reviews of models.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or relevant manufacturing, focusing on 3D modeling and detailing.

1+ year of experience in electrical construction methods or similar industry experience.

Advanced proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of Navisworks Manage.

Strong communication skills and flexibility in work schedule.

Preferred: Experience with building control systems, Total Station, eVolve Electrical, and 3D laser scanning.
