Service Advisor responsibilities:

Professionally greet Clients

Produce estimates for repairs to vehicle

Follow up with Clients both during and after repair. Explaining all completed work and associated charges

Practice consultative selling process to assist Clients with options

Interact daily with Clients, Management, Technicians, Service Staff, Sales Staff, Parts Associates and Office Personnel.

Inbound and outbound phone and email communications

Professional Service Advisor requirements:

Previous Service Advisor experience

CDK automotive software experience preferred but not required

Superior customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Positive time management skills

Valid driver's license

Pre-employment background check and drug screen
