Seeking a caretaker with experience in property management to cover an employee leaving for medical leave April 14 - May 14th. More work is available should the hire be a long-term fit for the property.

Description:

Background: Caretaker or Property Manager

2hrs per day (including weekends)

Hours flexible, AM visits preferred

On-Site (residential estate, with 2x houses)

35-40$ per hr based on experience, paid training

Responsibilities:

Mail: Collect at end of driveway, distribute between two houses

Tour Property: review off-grid mechanical rooms, notify manager of leaks or equipment faults

Koi Pond: flush filters, skim tanks, feed fish 4x cups dry food

Main House Fireplaces: If used, sweep & prepare for next fire

Cars: wash & vacuum once a week, as needed
