ServiceNow Discovery Process Owner

Job Description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an ServiceNow Discovery Process Owner for a remote position.

Own and manage the ServiceNow discovery process, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and organizational objectives.

Oversee the configuration and optimization of ServiceNow discovery tools to ensure comprehensive asset and service identification.

Partner with IT teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement in discovery processes.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data collected through the discovery process, maintaining high data quality standards.

Develop and present regular reports on discovery performance metrics, trends, and findings to senior management.

Provide training and guidance to IT staff on ServiceNow discovery processes and best practices, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Ensure adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements related to IT asset management and discovery.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with ServiceNow, specifically in discovery and asset management processes.

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.

Proven track record of managing discovery tools and technologies effectively.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple projects.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

In addition to any experience required above, 7 years of relevant work experience is required.
