About the role...
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Client Strategy to join our Brand Success team, where you will help manage and advise our portfolio of brands on the platform. The retention of our brands is at the forefront of ShopMy's focus, and will play a crucial role in our growth, scale and success. To be successful in this role, you must not only be organized, engaged, detail-oriented, and well-versed in how to advise on affiliate marketing programs... you need to be able to elevate our brands' experience and success on the platform. The right addition to the team demonstrates a high level of ownership with the ability to think strategically from a business's perspective.
Responsibilities...
Create a relationship as a deeply trusted advisor with your portfolio of Brand partners
Intensely focus on guiding your Brand partners towards success on ShopMy, maintaining high retention rates and seeking opportunities to add features to the account with data backed suggestions
Partner with our sales team to understand business goals, expectations, and upselling opportunities of incoming clients
Identify and create solutions for day-to-day issues impacting business across multiple accounts
Deliver timely, accurate, and professional support to accounts, timeliness is key
Strategically bring conversations "up a level" to make sure we are maximizing the likelihood of successful outcomes for our Brand partners
Ad-hoc projects across the organization
Collaborate with other Client Strategy team members to ensure best practices and streamlined efficiency amongst the Brand Success department
Our non-negotiables...
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years in strategic, client-facing roles, such as account management, project management, management consulting or other client facing roles
Expert in Google Suites, Zoom & Microsoft Office
Creative, proactive approach to crafting solutions that drive value
High level of organization with an eye for detail
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Highly adaptable to our brand's changing needs and goals
Team player with the ability to step up wherever needed
Additional skills and attributes we're hoping to find...
Remote startup experience
Ability to execute under tight deadlines and urgent requests
Familiarity with Salesforce
Knowledge of the creator economy, affiliate market, and performance marketing landscape

New York Pay Range
$70,000-$100,000 USD
