Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Information Technology – ERP is responsible for strategy and leadership of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and other relevant enterprise systems. This role will lead the strategic development, integration, and optimization of our ERP system, primarily for the functions of Finance, Operations, and Sales. This position will be pivotal in enhancing the overall efficiency, agility, and visibility of our business processes through the effective management and evolution of our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance and/or supply chain operations and ERP systems, coupled with a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the ERP and its stakeholders, both internal and external, while seeking continuous feedback and working to improve the end user experience.
Contribute to Milo’s strategic technology plan, ensuring that it enables and supports the delivery of enterprise goals and objectives. Develop strategy alongside senior management as it relates to the organization's ERP system and ancillary Finance and Supply Chain Systems.
Drive digital transformation initiatives that involve maximizing the value of our ERP system and leveraging its full capabilities, where appropriate.
Communicates and articulates technology options and implications in a simplified and quantifiable manner that is understandable to non-technology business partners.
Develops, leads, and motivates a high-performance team of IT professionals to deliver solutions to meet business needs.
Act as a business partner to another corporate function to align strategies, team members, and demonstrate bidirectional advocacy.
Collaborates closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Oversee tickets and escalations. Respond to critical systems events and outages; drive activities based on priority and SLA’s.
Manage relationships with service providers and oversee IT contractors and contingent workers to ensure alignment, service levels, and other contractual matters.
Responsible for the security of the ERP platform and alignment to Milo’s security policies that safeguard business systems, applications, and data.
Manages the flow of business data outside of the ERP system in alignment with our integration and data strategies.
Devise and establish IT policies, processes, and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Proactively identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and incorporate proposals into IT planning activities.
Upholds and demonstrates leadership in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent industry experience.
6 - 8+ years of applicable experience.
3+ years of leadership experience, leading and managing a global IT team in a high-growth and dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels both within and outside of the organization.
Experience with Sage X3 is preferred.
Experience with Mobe3 WMS is a plus.
