Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc hereby invites bids from qualified local bidders for the provision of transportation services of unused or old materials and assets

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidder from the 21st Avril 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on . Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 21ST April 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandan francs and payment terms. Specify the delivery and warranty period. Submit technical specifications of the proposed equipment, detailed company profile, RDB registration certificate, RSSB Clearance certificate, RRA Tax clearance certificate, proof of experience in similar services and any other requirement specified in the Terms of Reference.
