Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile practices with a focus on Scrum methodology
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and burn-down tracking
Maintain and share relevant sprint metrics to visualize team progress
Own and remove impediments that block team progress
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and fast software delivery
Drive Agile transformation across all levels of the organization
Promote accountability, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration
Strategies & Leadership
Serve as a senior Agile team member and guide Agile adoption and sustainability
Scale Agile practices from team to enterprise level
Act as a change agent and support individuals and teams on their Agile journey
Independently make decisions to drive Agile rollouts
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to all Agile roles
Contribute to and develop the internal Agile Community and Communities of Practice
Create and deliver Agile training materials across the organization
Support Agile teams in developing best practices and team playbooks
Collaborate with non-Agile teams during transformation efforts
Define, track, and report metrics to assess Agile performance
Inspire stakeholders across all levels to embrace Agile
Develop and mentor team members professionally
Build trust across IT, business units, and leadership
Assess Scrum maturity of teams and provide tailored support
Advise on managing dependencies between teams and third-party stakeholders
Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders for Agile buy-in
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmaps to improve ROI and adoption
Encourage innovation and continuous process improvement

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
Certifications
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI-ACP preferred
Must be Scrum Certified and experience with both scrum and kanban.
